All our products are printed on demand especially for you. This means they cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or printing error .

Orders with size error or change of mind
➤ Defective products:
In case of any problem (defect or damage), please contact our customer service at hello@tifoart.com within 14 days of receipt , attaching a clear description and photos of the product.
➤ Orders not received:
If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. No refunds will be issued without proof of a logistical error.
