General Conditions of Sale – TifoArt

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the contractual relations between the customer and TifoArt, represented by the self-employed Alves Frédéric, for any purchase made via the site www.tifoart.com .

Print-on-demand products
All products are manufactured exclusively to order, using an external production partner. This system helps prevent surpluses, minimizes waste, and guarantees unique creations.

Undelivered or Returned Orders
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. TifoArt cannot be held responsible for input errors when ordering.

Tracking marked as "delivered" but package not received
If the tracking indicates that the package was delivered but the customer has not received it, they should check with their post office, neighbors, or caretaker. No refunds or resends are guaranteed, except in exceptional cases.

Damaged or defective products
Any claim for damaged or defective items must be sent to hello@tifoart.com within 14 days of receipt (maximum 30 days), with a description and supporting photos.

Returns and Refunds
As products are personalized and printed on demand, they cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of an error or manufacturing defect. No refunds will be given for size errors or changes of mind. Please carefully consult the size guides before purchasing.
